CCHS operates and maintains the Clark Hotel Museum to present exhibits, interpret the historical significance of its collection, and provide educational opportunities. The society’s mission is to safeguard and promote the rich cultural heritage of the Van Horn and Culberson County area for future generations. CCHS is incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas and operates under federal law as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.

Designated as a Recorded Texas Historic Landmark and listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
